Tired of "same old, same old"? Discover what it means to be part of a Jesus-shaped community that shocks the world. Through 2 Corinthians, we explore how followers of Jesus are called to be more than church attendees—we're ambassadors of heaven, representatives of God's kingdom on earth. Learn how embracing a Jesus-shaped life means dying to ourselves to find real life, and how God uses ordinary people as His appeal to a broken world. This message challenges us to move beyond just "going to church" to truly belonging to a community that brings heaven to earth through love, reconciliation, and service.

We're living in unprecedented times - caught between resistance and revival, headwinds and tailwinds. While some are pulling away from faith, others are experiencing a new spiritual hunger. At Mountain, we believe God has positioned us "for such a time as this" with a bold vision: to shock the world by showing a stunning picture of the real Jesus.
This isn't about doing something big or flashy - it's about ordinary, everyday ways of lifting up Jesus through how we live. When we choose radical love over revenge, contentment over comfort-chasing, and generosity over greed, we reveal a Jesus that draws people to himself. Normal isn't working. It's time to be wonderfully weird like Jesus.
Discover how simple practices like BLESS (Begin with prayer, Listen, Eat together, Serve others, Share your story) can help you live with purpose and mission every single day. Because when broken people help broken people by living like Jesus, the world takes notice.

Are you tired of feeling defeated in your spiritual walk? This message from our "Made New" series tackles the reality that followers of Jesus face genuine spiritual warfare, but we don't have to live as "wimpy Christians." Discover the four essential truths that separate weak faith from standing firm: recognizing you're in a battle, knowing Jesus already won the war, staying alert to ongoing attacks, and putting on God's full armor. Through Paul's powerful metaphor in Ephesians 6, learn how the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit equip you for victory. You don't have to be pushed around by spiritual forces - you can stand strong in God's mighty power.

Just like a child eagerly checking if their planted seed has grown or measuring their height against the wall, God expects and equips us for spiritual growth. In Ephesians 4, we discover that being "made new" in Christ isn't just about forgiveness—it's about transformation that leads to maturity.
The message challenges us to move beyond spiritual infancy, putting off our old ways like dirty clothes and putting on the new self created to be like God. This isn't about behavior modification but heart transformation—becoming people who want to do what's right. From stealing to giving, from harmful words to building others up, from bitterness to compassion—God is calling us to grow up.
Spiritual maturity happens in community through groups, relationships, and new habits that align with our calling as followers of Jesus. The world needs a church that has grown up—one that holds firmly to both truth and love, supporting one another as each person does their part.

In a world filled with division and hostility, what does it truly mean to be "Made New" in Christ? This week's message, based on Ephesians 2, highlights that Jesus's death on the cross broke down the "dividing wall of hostility" that separates people. The sermon challenges believers to "act like it" by actively working to heal divisions and bring people together. God's dream is for the church to be a new community where everyone is welcome, a reflection of heaven's vision where people from every nation, tribe, and language worship as one. The message urges us to examine our own attitudes and actions to ensure we are tearing down walls, not building them, and living out the unifying power of the gospel.

Have you ever felt your heart sink when faced with criticism? Deep dive into the life of Paul, the apostle, who faced relentless critiques yet thrived through them. Paul's transformative encounter with the living Christ equipped him to navigate criticism with grace and resilience. Rather than letting insults define him, Paul viewed them as opportunities for growth, asserting that a strong, all-in connection to Jesus can empower us to respond differently to negativity. The take-home principles encourage us to control our responses, discern the motives behind criticism, and embrace constructive feedback from those truly invested in our journey. As you embark on your spiritual journey, consider how adopting this all-in mindset can reshape your interactions and strengthen your faith.
